Back Orders: Xtreme Custom Apparel is not responsible for manufacturer back orders or out of stock products. If any back orders do occur, you will be contacted as soon as possible with details, delivery estimates, and possible solutions. You will be responsible for responding back to Xtreme in a timely manner to avoid delaying your order delivery. We will work with you on your specific needs, and will do our best to assist you in finding the best solution.

Brand Colors/Sizes: This site contains many different brands and styles. Not all brands fit/size the same, there also may be a variance in shades of color.

Checking out: You must select Pay via PayPal. This does not mean that you are required to have a PayPal account. You may use your credit/debit card to purchase your apparel.

Exchanges/Returns: We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom ordered apparel.

Delivery/Shipping: All orders will be processed the day this web store closes. It takes approximately 2 weeks to decorate. All orders will be picked up here and delivered at a practice for distribution. Please select LOCAL PICK-UP at check out. You may choose to have your order shipped directly to you. Please allow for transit time if you select this option.
