These orders will not be produced until after the closing date noted above.

All orders will be processed together. Please select LOCAL PICKUP in the Checkout screen. Orders will be separated, bagged and delivered to the dance studio to be distributed. PLEASE NOTE: orders will take at least an additional two weeks after the 31st due to production time.

Back Orders: Xtreme Custom Apparel is not responsible for manufacturer back orders or out of stock products. If any back orders do occur, you will be contacted as soon as possible with details, delivery estimates, and possible solutions. You will be responsible for responding back to Xtreme in a timely manner to avoid delaying your order delivery. We will work with you on your specific needs, and will do our best to assist you in finding the best solution.

Brand Colors/Sizes: This site contains many different brands and styles. Not all brands fit/size the same, there also may be a variance in shades of color. Size charts and information is provided for each item to assist in finding your best fit.

Exchanges/Returns: We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom ordered apparel.

Delivery/Shipping: All orders will be completed and delivered to the school and distributed. If you wish to have your order shipped, you may choose Shipping in the check out screen for a fee. Please allow transit time.
